Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, requirements, and brand vision.
  • Lead the creative direction and strategy for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop on-brand creative campaigns
  • Present and communicate creative ideas effectively, both internally and externally
  • Oversee and develop a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to social media posts, digital branding, and marketing collateral.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to creative teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously push the boundaries of creativity and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects
  • Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, understand client objectives, and translate them into successful creative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and the latest design software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
